    Recently, I tried the natural menopausal supplement menofem. It gives effective result but it can’t achieve the targeted goal. It will rarely cause negative side effects. The important ingredient of menofem is Black Cohosh. It helps to deal with the hormone issues and hot flash. menofem helps to make women healthy but there are many products which gives better result than this product.

    I have been taking this supplement for the last 5 to 6 days and honestly speaking I personally found some positive change in my mood swings. I can’t say how effective this product is, but of course, my expectation increases for the way it starts working. Now I have been eagerly waiting to complete my monthly dose, so I can find out how effective is this product?
