Customer Reviews:

1) I'm really confused as to why this cooling gel has an overall poor rating. I LOVED it!! It worked GREAT!! I have slight skin sensitivity, too, but this product didn't cause me any discomfort at all and it really truly works to help me cool down. It put it on behind my ears, on my chest, forehead and wrists and it feels so good. It's supposed to last for up to 10 minutes but I can feel it for longer than that. Up to around 20 minutes. I love the tube and how easy it is to apply just the right amount by using the twisting lid. It also appears that it will last a good amount of time, too. I've used it a good 6-8 times and there still seems to be plenty in there for more applications. In my opinion it is well worth the $5.99 price. I am so glad to have found this product!

2) I thought I would try the roll-on since the cooling cloths did not work well. The roll-on does not work at all. I found it interesting that the package says it works for hot flashes rather than extended periods of heat related weather. This would indicate that it is momentary and quick but not lasting relief. I'll run with this application then.

3) I use witch hazel as a light cooling splash so I thought this Poise Roll-on Cooling Gel might be helpful. The packaging is quite nice but it feels a bit slimy at first and the floral scent made my eyes burn and water and gave me a headache in about four minutes. (Yes, I was timing it to see how long the cooling effect would last.).

Conclusion:

Hot flashes may possibly work a couple of minutes or maybe a few moments, however when you're in the middle of one it frequently manages to carry on for a longer period of time. Also a short-lived hot flash could possibly leave you sweaty, smelly and also feel awkward. But Poise may help to all those women who want to carry away hot flash issue. Today various products are available in the market to get relief from menopausal issues but it is necessary to check the ingredients list while purchasing any product.
